Appointments
Appointments may be booked online through our booking system or through other booking methods offered by Ritual Aesthetics.
By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to follow our appointment and cancellation policies.
Ritual Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-show appointments are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price.
Applicable cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.
By booking an appointment with Ritual Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your scheduled service.
Depending on the service and the amount of time remaining, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment. Applicable cancellation or service fees may apply.
Pricing and Services
Service pricing and availability are subject to change. The price displayed or communicated at the time of booking is the applicable price unless otherwise discussed.
Ritual Aesthetics reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or add services at any time.
Gift Cards, Packages, and Memberships
Any gift cards, packages, memberships, promotions, or special offers are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase. Additional restrictions may apply.
Service Results
Individual results may vary depending on factors such as skin type, hair type, previous treatments, home care, and other individual circumstances.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about relevant allergies, medications, sensitivities, medical conditions, previous treatments, and other information that may affect a service.
Ritual Aesthetics may decline or modify a service when we believe it is necessary for the safety or well-being of the client.
